Check this out: I used to go on line from the library, and when the library closed for rennovation, I had no way to get on line, because I couldn’t get an ISP for myself–I live in a low-rent motel-apartment and don’t have a private line. The library closed in April and isn’t due to reopen until the end of October. In other words, the contractors are taking six months to do an eight week job. I guess that could be called taking pride in their job. Thankfully I have a friend who helped me find a way to get service from home, but I have to use it only between 11pm and 7am, or else no-one else can use the phone.
