I have been trying to get around the horn as they say to visit everyone’s site, but if I haven’t been in awhile don’t fret…I will there. Work has been SUPER CRAZY! My desk has stacks and stacks of folders on it waiting for processing. I work as an advisor at a major university in Texas and we are in the middle of certifying student athletes and we have the majority of them. It’s a very time consuming job requiring my full attention. But I am at a stopping point so I thought I would post something.

I am the type of person who likes to give than to receive and that is why I want to give a “woo hoo” to my fellow bloggers out there. Some of us are out there blogging because we love it and I would have to include myself in that group. I am not out to change the world or anything like that. I just do it because well…it’s fun! And the envelop please…

This award was given to one of my favorite bloggers Amy over at Amy’s Bad Groove. She is a fellow Tony Stewart and NASCAR fan. She has a great site and she is one of my top stops when I am surfing. So when you get a chance visit her site and tell her Trixie sent ya!

I think I will give the award to the following blogs because they have some good stuff and they really do make my day….

1.  Ms. H (Molding Young Minds):  She inspires me as a friend on some many levels.  I have known Ms. H for awhile.  We both know each other’s secrets and well, let’s just say, we could never go into politics.  Plus she shares the same obsession as I do…and it’s not NASCAR…I know shocking, but she is a office supply junkie.  That’s why I will go broke supporting my NASCAR habit and the office supply  habit…Tony’s sponsor is Office Depot.

2.  Army of Mom:  I discovered her blog right after I created The Park.  I have been a lurker on her site for some time and I have even left comments.  She is a wonderful writer and has some interesting takes on things.  Plus she is a fellow NASCAR fan, Cowboys fan, loves her kids, 80s music, and most of all from Texas.  Like Amy’s Bad Groove and Molding Young Minds, a daily read…so zoom on over!

3.  Rev Jim (Rev’ Jim’s RantsnRaves):  This was a unanimous decision to give him this award.  He is a fellow blogger, NASCAR fan, and Tony Stewart fan.  He writes some great stuff about NASCAR, plus he is the one who inspired me to write more on NASCAR.  Plus he got me to join as one of the bloggers over at NASCAR Bloggers FT Digest even though I don’t post as often as I should.  So here’s to Rev Jim….
