Thank You. That’s what I would like to say to all of the servicemen and women who are out there today serving our country. You sacrifice every day to defend what I hold dearly and I want to say THANK YOU.

I posted this commercial from Budweiser several months ago and I think it is worth posting again. This commercial ALWAYS gives me chills and yes, I cry. 

I went to a Cup race a few years ago at Texas Motor Speedway.  One of the entertainment acts performing for the crowd during the prerace fesitivites.  Several members of the Army or National Guard were walking out to prepare for more prerace activites.  Everyone who was sitting in the stands stood up and began cheering and clapping.  It was a wonderful sight to see.  You couldn’t even hear the singer because of the cheers and applause this servicemen and women were receiving.  That’s what was important that day.

So as you go about your day, stop and say Thank You to a current serviceman or servicewoman or to a veteran.  They have earned it.
