i am doing fine for those of you who care…i am recovering from my injuries after being thrown under the bus…i won’t go into details about who/what/why, but let’s just say…do unto others as they have done unto you…

i will report on the nascar weekend in a later blog—let’s just say i wish i had a helmet so i could through it at that person who threw me under the bus….
