I started out Trixie’s Trailer Park as a way of talking about the sport I love–NASCAR. Majority of my friends and family don’t understand this passion for NASCAR that I have except Postman. I think he is the only one out there who understands it. For the last three years, I have been nurturing The Park. It has undergone numerous design changes as well as a move from Blogger to WordPress. I have regular readers who post and regular lurkers. But what surprised me the most was RevinJim’s offer to become a contributor to NASCAR Bloggers FT Digest.
I have never considered myself an expect on NASCAR. I have definite opinions on things and if you read my blog on a regular basis you know that. I try to be objective on things, but sometimes I just can’t help myself. I am just that passionate about NASCAR and that’s why I decided to become a contributor over at NBFTD.

Thank you very much for the shout out, and we are very pleased to have you on the staff of NBFT Digest. Every contribution by every member is important, and your article there on “Drug Testing in NASCAR” helped kick us off with a bang.
None of us over there are by any means experts, except the expertise we have comes from our passion for and our years of watching the sport, and occasionally from books or magazine articles on the subject. So you are as much an expert as anyone there is.
